Returns & exchanges

Each piece is one of a kind — made to order, made to last. Because of this, we do not accept returns or traditional exchanges.

However, all our pieces are covered by a lifetime guarantee. If your piece is damaged, needs a new stone, or simply requires attention, we’ll repair or replace it with care.

In some cases, we may exchange it for a version that best preserves the original spirit and intention of the piece.
